1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of family status.
2On June 18, 2012, the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision in which I granted the Northern Independent Union (“the union”) status as an intervenor, 2012 HRTO 1201. A three-day hearing was scheduled to begin on April 10, 2013. At the commencement of the hearing, counsel for the union requested to withdraw on consent. I grant the request and the union is removed from the style of cause accordingly.
Dated at Toronto, this 11th day of April, 2013.
