Introduction
1This Interim Decision addresses a request made by the applicant to reactivate an Application, which was deferred by the Tribunal pending the conclusion of a grievance process, with the consent of the parties.
2In the Request for an Order filed on February 11, 2013, counsel for the applicant indicates that the grievance arbitrator decided that he did not have jurisdiction over the entire grievance. The decision of the arbitrator was closed with the request.
3The respondent has not responded to the applicant's Request, and the date for doing so has passed. The Application will be reactivated.
ORDER
4The Application will proceed. The Registrar will set a hearing date.
