Introduction

1This Interim Decision addresses a request made by the applicant to reactivate an Application, which was deferred by the Tribunal pending the conclusion of a Small Claims Court wrongful dismissal action launched by the applicant against the corporate respondent (see 2009 HRTO 1793). A previous request to reactivate was denied by the Tribunal pending receipt of documents confirming that the Small Claims Court matter is officially concluded: 2010 HRTO 1918.

2The Tribunal has received the required documents. The Application will be reactivated.

ORDER

3The Application will proceed. The respondents have not indicated willingness to attempt a mediated settlement; the Registrar will proceed to set a hearing date.
