1This Case Assessment Direction is in response to the applicant’s request to reschedule the hearing dates on March 20-22, 2013 because her counsel in unavailable on those dates due to the fact that his attendance is required before the British Columbia Court of Appeal during the week of March 18, 2013. The respondent opposes the rescheduling request.

2The March 20-22, 2013 dates are vacated on the following terms:

a. The hearing will continue on June 24-28, 2013. The Tribunal will sit regular hearing days of 9:30 to 5:00 on those days.

b. The following hearing dates are also available for the continuation of the hearing: April 3-5 and April 15-19, 2013. The parties are directed to consult with each other and advise the Tribunal if any of these dates are agreeable to them by March 18, 2013.

c. If the parties are available for a two or three-day block during the April dates offered, the Tribunal will consider reducing the number of June hearing dates. If they are not available, the June hearing dates will stand.

d. The Tribunal will schedule a case management conference call well in advance of the rescheduled hearing dates.

3The Tribunal is prepared to offer a mediation date should the parties agree to mediate.
