1The applicant has filed a Request to amend her Application to include a claim for $20,000.00 in general damages.

2The applicant has retained counsel since she filed her Application. She argues that the amendment should be granted on the basis that she is not raising any new factual allegations and the remedy is reasonably connected to the impact described in the Application.

3The respondent did not file a Form 11 opposing the amendment.

4In my view it is appropriate to grant the amendment requested by the applicant. The application will therefore be amended to include a claim for $20,000.00 in general damages.
