3Pursuant to s. 45.9 (2) and on the joint request of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following Final Order in this Application:
a. The respondent Kijiji Enterprises, Kijiji Canada Inc. shall disclose to the applicant Jean-Alexandre De Bousquet the Internet Protocol address and e-mail address of the poster of Ad # 497669550.
