INTRODUCTION

1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2Following a preliminary hearing held by teleconference during which submissions were heard on a number of issues, the parties have written to the Tribunal and indicated that the applicant seeks to withdraw the Application on consent. The Tribunal has now received a Form 9 from the applicant and is in receipt of an email from counsel for the respondent confirming its consent to the withdrawal.
