Introduction
1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2Following a summary hearing held by teleconference, the parties have written to the Tribunal and indicated that the applicant seeks to withdraw the Application on consent. The Tribunal has now received a Form 9 from the applicant and is in receipt of an email from the respondent confirming its consent to the withdrawal.
3In the circumstances, the Application is withdrawn and the Tribunal's file is closed.
