1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination, which was deferred by the Tribunal on February 12, 2013 in Interim Decision 2012 HRTO 1711, pending the conclusion of the applicant’s appeal to WSIB/WSIAT.
2On October 24, 2013, the WSIAT issued its decision. The applicant has filed a timely Form 10, Request to reactivate the Application.
3The respondent has not filed a Form 11 Response to the applicant’s Request to reactivate.
4Having reviewed the matter, I find that the proceeding before WSIAT is concluded and that it is appropriate for the Tribunal to reactivate the Application. The Tribunal will continue to process the Application.
