1The Tribunal issued an Interim Decision with respect to this Application on October 24, 2013 (2013 HRTO 1791), (“the October Interim Decision”). One of the issues discussed in the October Interim Decision is whether the applicant had received a Decision of the Tribunal dismissing his Application (2013 HRTO 877), (“the Decision”), and a discussion as to where the Decision had been delivered is included in the October Interim Decision. The applicant has since requested that the applicant’s personal information found in paragraphs 27 and 31 of the October Interim Decision, namely his email and home addresses, be redacted from the publically available copies of the October Interim Decision. The respondents consent to the request.

2Rule 3.11 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure state the following:

3.11 The Tribunal may make an order to protect the confidentiality of personal or sensitive information where it considers it appropriate to do so.

3I am satisfied that it is appropriate to order the redaction of the applicant’s email and home addresses of the publically available copies of the October Interim Decision.
