2The Application originally named only one respondent who the applicant believed was her employer: Lois Barron-Ralph. Ms. Barron-Ralph filed a Response through her counsel and denied that she was the applicant's employer. The Tribunal directed Ms. Barron-Ralph to supply the name of the employer. She finally did so on October 9, 2013 through her counsel who has confirmed that 2252316 Ontario Inc. was the applicant's employer, and that it has also retained him.

3In order to provide for the fair, just and expedition resolution of this Application in the circumstances, the Tribunal hereby adds 2252316 Ontario Inc. as a respondent pursuant to Rule 1.7(b), and the style of cause is accordingly amended.

4The corporate respondent is directed file a Response to the Application within 21 days of this Interim Decision, ensuring that it indicates whether it agrees to mediation as the other parties have agreed.
5The applicant will be permitted to file a Reply to the corporate respondent's Response, once filed, and then, if the corporate respondent is willing, the Tribunal will schedule a mediation session.
