Christopher McGrath v. Michael Kenopic Sales Limited, 2013 HRTO 1585

1This Application was filed by the applicant on May 28, 2013. The Tribunal sent a Notice of Application dated June 10, 2013, to the respondent and to the applicant. The letter to the applicant was returned with the notation “moved”. The Tribunal called the telephone number provided by the applicant with the Application but was advised that the applicant was not available at that number. An email sent to the email provided with the Application was not responded to.

2The Tribunal sent another letter on June 10, 2013, using the contact information provided by the applicant. That letter advised the applicant to respond by August 19, 2013 and to provide up to date contact information. The letter indicated that the Application could be dismissed as abandoned if the applicant did not respond. That letter was not returned to the Tribunal but there has also been no response.

3It appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
