​[1]​ The respondents have made a Request that this Application be consolidated with another pending Application (2013-14594-I) brought by the applicant.
​[2]​ However, the applicant filed a Request to withdraw 2013-14594-I. The corporate respondent requested intervenor status in that Application and sought to oppose the applicant’s Request to withdraw.
​[3]​ In separate reasons I granted the corporate respondent’s Request to intervene in 2013-14594-I, but I also granted the applicant’s Request to withdraw that Application. As a result of that decision the respondents’ Request to consolidate the two files is now moot.
## order
​[4]​ The respondents’ Request to consolidate this Application with 2013-14594-I is dismissed as moot.
​[5]​ As the parties have indicated a willingness to try to resolve this Application through mediation, the Registrar is requested to schedule a mediation session.
