1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on December 14, 2012 and the respondent filed a Response on February 14, 2013. Both parties agreed to mediation and amediation was scheduled to take place on August 13, 2013.
2The applicant did not attend mediation.
3By correspondence dated August 14, 2013, the Tribunal directed the applicant to indicate whether or not he intended to proceed with his Application on or before August 28, 2013 failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application. The Application is dismissed.
