INTRODUCTION
1This Application was filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on June 20, 2011, and alleges discrimination with respect to employment and membership in a vocational association because of age.
2This matter proceeded to mediation on February 8, 2012, but was not resolved. By Notice of Hearing dated June 5, 2012, this matter was scheduled for a hearing on January 24 and 25, 2013.
REQUEST TO WITHDRAW
3At the first day of hearing on January 24, 2013, prior to the Tribunal hearing any evidence, the applicant advised the Tribunal and the respondent that he wished to withdraw his Application. The respondent consented to the applicant’s request.
4In the circumstances, the Tribunal granted the applicant’s request to withdraw his Application at the hearing.
5The Application has been withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
