1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the "Code"), on April 12, 2013.
2The Tribunal delivered a Notice of Mediation dated July 25, 2013, to the applicant by regular mail. The Notice of Mediation was returned by Canada Post, indicating the applicant had moved. The applicant was asked to respond by no later than August 19, 2013 and was advised that a failure to respond to the Tribunal might result in the dismissal of the Application as abandoned. No response was received from the applicant.
4The Tribunal sent a further letter to the applicant by email, dated September 3, 2013, outlining the Tribunal's attempts to contact the applicant, and advising the applicant that the mediation was cancelled and that the Application would be reviewed for abandonment.
5To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal's correspondence or telephone calls.
