Introduction
1This Interim Decision addresses the applicant’s July 9, 2013 Request to reactivate her deferred Application.
2The respondent filed a Response to the request on July 18, 2013 advising that it did not oppose the applicant’s Request.
3Rule 14.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure states:
14.4 Where an Application was deferred pending the outcome of another legal proceeding, a request to proceed under Rule 14.3 must be filed no later than 60 days after the conclusion of the other proceeding, must set out the date the other legal proceeding concluded and include a copy of the decision or order in the other proceeding, if any.
4The applicant first filed the Request to reactivate within the 60 days required.
5The respondent does not oppose the applicant’s request to reactivate the Application.
6In the circumstances of this case, the Tribunal orders that the applicant’s Application be reactivated.
7I am not seized.
