This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment and vocational associations because of disability.
On May 16, 2013, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction for the Application to proceed to a Summary Hearing because it appeared to the Tribunal that the applicant may be unable to prove a link between the respondents’ alleged actions and the ground of disability.
At the Summary Hearing, the applicant requested to withdraw her Application against all the respondents. The respondents consented to the withdrawal, and I therefore granted the applicant’s request.
The Tribunal’s file in this matter will be closed accordingly.
Dated at Toronto, this 30th day of July, 2013.
