1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment.
2On May 6, 2011, the Tribunal issued Interim Decision 2011 HRTO 890, which deferred the Application pending the conclusion of the applicant’s claim pursuant to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 16.
3On May 1, 2013, the Tribunal issued Interim Decision 2013 HRTO 735, which reactivated the Application and directed the respondents to file Responses.
4On July 11, 2013, the applicant filed a Reply in which she requests that Derek J. McArthur, Jeff Black and Rob Cullen be removed as respondents to the Application. On July 15, 2013, these respondents advised that they consent to this request.
Order
5The Tribunal grants the applicant’s request and orders:
a. Derek J. McArthur, Jeff Black and Rob Cullen are removed as respondents; and
b. The style of cause shall be immediately amended to reflect this change.
6I am not seized of this matter.
