1The Tribunal deferred this matter pending the conclusion of a union grievance proceeding dealing with the subject matter of the Application. See Interim Decision 2012 HRTO 1609.
2In a letter to the applicant dated May 23, 2013, the Tribunal requested a status update regarding the union grievance. The Tribunal also advised the Applicant that the Tribunal could dismiss the Application as abandoned if he failed to provide the update within 30 days of the date of the letter. As of the date of this Decision, the applicant has not responded. The letter was not returned as undeliverable. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
3The Application is dismissed.
