1This is an Application dated July 16, 2012 and filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to services because of disability.
2The applicant filed a Request for Order dated April 9, 2013 seeking removal of two individuals who had been named as personal respondents to the Application. The respondents consent to the removal of these two personal respondents.
3As a result, I grant the request for removal of the two personal respondents on consent, and the title of proceeding has been amended accordingly.
