Introduction

1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the "Code"), on May 7, 2013.

2On May 14, 2013 the Tribunal sent correspondence by regular mail to the applicant confirming receipt of his Application. This correspondence was sent to the municipal address provided by the applicant in his Application.

3On May 24, 2013, the correspondence was returned to the Tribunal with the notation "moved / unknown".

4On May 29, 2013, the Tribunal sent an email to the applicant which attached correspondence from the Tribunal asking that he provide the Tribunal with an up-to-date mailing address. The email was sent to an email address provided by the applicant in his Application. The applicant was asked to respond by no later than June 5, 2013. The applicant was advised that the Application might be dismissed as abandoned if he failed to respond.

5To date, the applicant has not responded to the Tribunal's email correspondence of May 29, 2013.

6In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

7The Application is dismissed.
