Introduction

1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability. The Application named the corporate respondent and two personal respondents

REQUEST TO REMOVE PERSONAL RESPONDENTS

2The respondents filed a Request for Order During Proceedings (“the Request”) to remove the personal respondents. They submit that the personal respondents were acting in the course of their employment and the corporate respondent takes responsibility for any remedy that may be awarded to the applicant. The applicant consents to the removal of the personal respondents.

3In the circumstances, the Request is granted and the style of cause has been amended accordingly.
