Introduction

1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to services because of ancestry, ethnic origin and place of origin.

CONSOLIDATION OF THE APPLICATIONS

2The Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction on May 16, 2013, noting that these Applications involve similar facts and legal issues, and directing the applicants and the respondent to provide submissions if they objected to the consolidation of the Applications in order for them to be processed together. No party provided any submissions objecting to the consolidation, and, therefore, they are now consolidated.
