1Pursuant to s. 45.9 (2) of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on the joint request of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following Final Order in this Application:

1. The respondents shall pay to the applicant the sum of $7,500, apportioned as per the Minutes of Settlement. The amount of $7,500 must be paid by the deadline specified in the Minutes of Settlement.

2. The applicant will sign and execute a Full and Final Release in a form satisfactory to both parties.

3. The parties will sign and execute a mutual non-disparagement agreement in a form satisfactory to both parties.
