INTERIM DECISION

WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS
Eugenia Morales, Applicant Self-represented
Inquattro Fashion Group Corporation, Respondent Erica Cappello, Counsel
Introduction
1This Application is scheduled for a hearing by telephone conference call. On June 11, 2013, at 1:30 pm. The hearing is a summary hearing to determine if there is no reasonable prospect that the Application could succeed if it goes ahead.
2The applicant has asked that the hearing be adjourned because she is recovering from physical injuries that affect her mobility and because she is no longer represented.
3The respondent opposes the adjournment request.
4Since the hearing is to be held by telephone, it is not clear how the applicant’s ability to participate would be affected by her injuries of mobility issues. The Tribunal does not usually adjourn a scheduled hearing because a person is seeking representation.
5The adjournment request is denied. The applicant may renew her request at the hearing but she should be prepared to proceed with the summary hearing.
Dated at Toronto, this 7th day of June, 2013.
