1This is an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. On October 25, 2011, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Incomplete Application and Notice of Intent to Dismiss Application to the applicant directing that she file various materials by November 14, 2011. The Notice stated that if the applicant failed to file submissions as directed, the HRTO may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application and dismiss the Application for that reason. The applicant did not file submissions. On December 14, 2011, the Tribunal resent the Notice to the applicant by e-mail, directing her to respond by December 21, 2011.
2The applicant failed to file materials as directed. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
