1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on November 1, 1011. The Tribunal has attempted to deliver the Application to the respondent at the address provided by the applicant. The Notice of Application sent to respondent was returned as undeliverable.
2On February 28, 2012 the Tribunal wrote to the applicant that it was unable to proceed with his Application until he provided further contact information for the respondent. The applicant was warned that failure to provide the requested information could result in the dismissal of the Application.
3The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
