1This Decision relates to five cases in a group of cases related to funding of autism-related services that were referred to the Tribunal by the Ontario Human Rights Commission. By Case Assessment Direction dated February 16, 2012, the Tribunal directed that unless the complainants confirmed their desire to proceed to a hearing within 28 days of the date of the Case Assessment Direction, the complaints would be dismissed as abandoned. The Ontario Human Rights Commission was directed to send the Case Assessment Direction to the complainants, which it did.

2None of the complainants have confirmed their desire to proceed to a hearing. The complaints are therefore dismissed as abandoned.
