1This Decision deals with cases in a group of cases related to funding of autism-related services that were referred to the Tribunal by the Ontario Human Rights Commission. By Case Assessment Direction dated February 16, 2012, the Tribunal directed that unless the complainants confirmed their desire to proceed to a hearing within 28 days of the date of the Case Assessment Direction, the complaints would be dismissed as abandoned. This deadline was subsequently extended to March 31, 2012. The complainants’ former counsel was directed to send the Case Assessment Direction to the complainants at their last known addresses, which she did.
