1This is an Application filed on November 9, 2011 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the "Code").
2On February 14, 2012, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss advising the applicant that the Application appears to be outside the Tribunal's jurisdiction, based on a civil proceeding. The applicant was directed to provide written submission on the issues identified. The applicant was also advised that if she did not file written submissions, the Tribunal may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application and dismiss it for that reason.
3The applicant has filed no submissions and the date for doing so has passed.
4In the circumstances, the Tribunal finds the Application is abandoned and it is dismissed.
