1In a Case Assessment Direction dated September 26, 2011 the applicant was directed to provide material and submissions in support of his Application by December 23, 2011. The Case Assessment Direction advised the applicant that a failure to provide the information may result in the Application being dismissed as abandoned. The applicant was subsequently granted an extension until January 24, 2012, and then, by letter dated February 8, 2012, a further extension until March 12, 2012. The extension letter reminded the applicant that a failure to file materials may result in the dismissal of the Application.
2The applicant has not filed any materials nor communicated with the Tribunal in any manner. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
