INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Naomi Overend Date: March 19, 2012 Citation: 2012 HRTO 558 Indexed as: Vizcaya v. UJA Federation of Greater Toronto
1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to address the applicant’s request for an extension to the timeline set out for the delivery of his Response to the respondent’s Request for an Order During Proceedings in my March 1, 2012 Interim Decision (2012 HRTO 447). The applicant advises that he did not receive a copy of this decision until after the deadline for delivery had passed. In light of the apparent difficulties experienced by the applicant, his request is granted.
2The applicant is reminded that the previous direction that he is to comply with Rule 3.3 continues. Rule 3.3 prohibits him from using or disseminating the documents obtained from the respondents in this proceeding for any purpose other than the proceeding with respect to this Application.
ORDER
3In sum, I have made the following direction and orders:
a. The time for filing the Response to the respondents’ February 29, 2012 Request for an Order During Proceedings is extended;
b. The applicant is directed to deliver to the respondents and file his Response to the Request for an Order by March 29, 2012;
c. The applicant is directed to comply with Rule 3.3. of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure by not using documents obtained from the respondents for any purpose other than the proceeding with respect to this Application.
4I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 19th day of March, 2012.
