1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to deal with the applicant’s request to adjourn the first day of the hearing which is scheduled to continue on March 19 and 20 and April 23 and 24, 2012.
2The applicant’s counsel filed a letter today, which stated that the applicant and the individual respondent have agreed in principle to settle the case, and only need to file the appropriate documentation with the Tribunal.
3In the circumstances, the applicant’s request is granted. The applicant should clarify whether she intends to proceed against the organization respondent, which appears to be closed, have no assets, and owe a substantial amount of money to a secured creditor (the Royal Bank of Canada) that the creditor has been unable to collect.
