1This Application was filed under section 34 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"). It was scheduled for hearing on December 13, 2011.

2In the afternoon of Friday December 9, 2011, the applicant's representative advised that the applicant was unable to attend the hearing because of an injury. By way of a Case Assessment Direction ("CAD") dated December 12, 2011 the hearing was cancelled.

3In the CAD adjourning the hearing, I wrote that if the applicant wished to pursue her Application, she must provide additional information, including medical evidence establishing that she was unable to attend the hearing on December 13, 2011. I also stated that if the applicant failed to provide submissions as directed, the Application may be deemed to be abandoned and dismissed on this basis.

4The applicant has not provided submissions in response to the CAD and the time for doing so has elapsed. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
