James Whyte v. City of Greater Sudbury – Housing Services, 2012 HRTO 297

1This is an Application under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the “Code”) alleging discrimination in housing on the basis of disability and receipt of public assistance.

2On January 24, 2012 the respondent filed a Request for Order During Proceedings (“Request”) seeking to remove Shelly Upton as a respondent to this Application. On February 7, 2012, the applicant filed a Response to the Request in which the applicant consented to the removal of Shelly Upton as a respondent.

3In light of the applicant’s consent Shelly Upton is removed as a respondent to the Application and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
