[1] A Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) dated January 11, 2012, directed that the complainants write to the Tribunal confirming whether they intend to proceed with their complaints. It advised that the Ontario Human Rights Commission did not intend to participate further in the hearing of these complaints. The CAD advised that the complaints of any complainants who did not respond within 21 days may be dismissed as abandoned.
[2] None of the complainants have communicated with the Tribunal. Some envelopes sent to complainants were returned to the Tribunal, and it appears the complainants have not provided the Tribunal with an up-to-date address as required by Rule 109. The complaints are dismissed as abandoned.
