1This is an Application deemed to have been filed on February 1, 2011 under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability.

2The parties consent to an order deferring the Application to the applicant’s October 25/26, 2011, grievance.

3Accordingly, the Application is deferred pending the conclusion of the grievance process. The Tribunal directs the parties’ attention to Rule 14 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure which sets out the procedure if a party wishes to proceed with an application that has been deferred pending the conclusion of another proceeding.
