Introduction

1This is an Application alleging that the respondents engaged in reprisal or a threat of reprisal against the applicant contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2On November 6, 2012, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss (“NOID”) the Application. The NOID indicated that the Application appeared to be outside of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction because it failed to identify any acts that might amount to discrimination, reprisal or threat of reprisal within the meaning of the Code.

3The NOID directed the applicant to file responding submissions on or before December 6, 2012, failing which the Tribunal would either make a decision based only on the information in the Application or dismiss the Application as abandoned.

4The applicant did not respond to the NOID. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
