Introduction
1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to services and housing because of disability, and reprisal.
2On December 3, 2012, the respondent Toronto Police Services Board (“TPSB”) filed a Request for Order During Proceedings (“RFOP”) requesting an order from the Tribunal that communications between the applicant and counsel for the TPSB be in writing, other than communications during hearings or other Tribunal proceedings.
3On December 3, 2012, the applicant consented to the order requested by the TPSB.
4On December 3, 2012, counsel for the individual respondent provided her consent to the interim order sought by the TPSB.
ORDER
5On consent, the Tribunal orders all communications between the applicant and counsel for the TPSB be in wiring, except communications during hearings and other Tribunal proceedings.
