Introduction

1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of disability contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). The applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings to amend her Application to include events taking place in November 2012, including her resignation. The respondents filed a Response to the Request for Order indicating that they did not oppose this amendment.

2Given the lack of opposition to the Request by the respondents, there appears to be no consideration of prejudice. It would be expeditious to proceed with all the allegations concerning the applicant’s employment and so the amendment is granted.

3Section 8 of the Application is amended to include the text found on p. 3 (section 4) of the applicant’s Request for Order dated November 22, 2012.
