1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to deal with the respondent’s request that the Tribunal defer consideration of the Application pending the conclusion of a grievance proceeding.

2After receiving the respondent’s request, the applicant sent the Tribunal and the respondent a letter, which stated that her Association is not proceeding with the grievance, and that the respondent has been advised of this. The respondent has not disputed the accuracy of the applicant’s letter.

3Accordingly, the respondent’s deferral request is dismissed, and the Tribunal shall continue to process the Application in the normal course.
