1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of creed. The hearing of this matter is scheduled to commence on December 18, 2012.
2On December 6, 2012, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings (the “Request”) seeking an order to compel the respondent to disclose the last known address and telephone number of three former employees of the respondent. The applicant intends to call these former employees as witnesses, but stated that he does not have their contact information. The applicant submitted that the respondent consents to the Request.
3In light of the respondent’s consent, the Request is granted. The respondent shall provide the most recent contact information it has in its possession, including last known telephone numbers and addresses for Mohammed Alam, Sadia Afreen and Ryan McIntyre, by the end of business on December 13, 2012.
