Introduction
1This Application was filed on May 2, 2011, pursuant to s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in employment on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, ethnic origin, disability and reprisal. A hearing is scheduled in London on January 29, 30 and 31, 2013.
2On November 20, 2012, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking a second order to amend his Application (the “Request to amend”). In the Request to amend, the applicant includes a Schedule A, which includes new allegations of discrimination.
3On November 27, 2012, the respondent indicated that it consents to the Request to amend and included a second amended response.
ORDER
4The Tribunal makes the following Orders:
a. The Application is amended to include the allegations contained in a letter dated October 30, 2012, which is attached to the applicant’s Request to amend;
b. The Response is amended to include the document entitled “Second Amended Response”, which was attached to the respondent’s response to the Request to amend; and
c. The applicant is directed to deliver to the respondent and file with the Tribunal a consolidated book of pleadings which includes the Applications and Responses, and all amendments, at least 14 days before the first hearing date.
