1This Application was deferred pending the outcome of the applicant’s appeal to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal: 2010 HRTO 2506. The applicant filed a Request for Order During Proceedings advising that his appeal has concluded and asking to reactivate the Application. The corporate respondent consents to the reactivation. The personal respondent did not respond to the Request.
