[1] The Applications in Tribunal Files 2009-02443-I, 2010-06278-I, 2010-06279-I, 2010-06280-I, 2010-06281-I, 2010-06283-I, 2010-06284-I, 2010-06285-I, 2010-06287-I, 2010-06288-I, 2010-06289-I, 2010-06290-I, 2010-06291-I, 2010-06292-I, 2010-06293-I, 2010-06294-I, 2010-06295-I, 2010-06296-I, 2010-06297-I, 2010-06298-I, 2010-06299-I, 2010-06943-I, and 2012-12542-S are withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
[2] Counsel for the applicants advises that the applicants in Tribunal File Nos. 2010-06274-I, 2010-06275-I, 2010-06276-I, 2010-06277-I, 2010-6282-I, and 2010-06286-I cannot be contacted, and the Tribunal has not received communication from them. At para. 3 of Group of Employees v. Presteve Foods, [2012 HRTO 361](https://www.minicounsel.ca/hrto/2012/361), the Tribunal indicated that the Applications of any claimants or applicants who have not confirmed their desire to proceed with their Applications or filed a Form 25 confirming settlement by August 21, 2012 may be dismissed as abandoned. This deadline was subsequently extended. These six Applications are dismissed as abandoned.
[3] This Decision does not affect the matters other than wage claims, which now form Tribunal File Nos. 2012-10976-I, 2012-10977-I and 2012-10978-I, and which remain open.
