[1] The Applications in Tribunal Files 2009-02443-I, 2010-06278-I, 2010-06279-I, 2010-06280-I, 2010-06281-I, 2010-06283-I, 2010-06284-I, 2010-06285-I, 2010-06287-I, 2010-06288-I, 2010-06289-I, 2010-06290-I, 2010-06291-I, 2010-06292-I, 2010-06293-I, 2010-06294-I, 2010-06295-I, 2010-06296-I, 2010-06297-I, 2010-06298-I, 2010-06299-I, 2010-06943-I, and 2012-12542-S are withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
[2] Counsel for the applicants advises that the applicants in Tribunal File Nos. 2010-06274-I, 2010-06275-I, 2010-06276-I, 2010-06277-I, 2010-6282-I, and 2010-06286-I cannot be contacted, and the Tribunal has not received communication from them. At para. 3 of Group of Employees v. Presteve Foods, 2012 HRTO 361, the Tribunal indicated that the Applications of any claimants or applicants who have not confirmed their desire to proceed with their Applications or filed a Form 25 confirming settlement by August 21, 2012 may be dismissed as abandoned. This deadline was subsequently extended. These six Applications are dismissed as abandoned.
[3] This Decision does not affect the matters other than wage claims, which now form Tribunal File Nos. 2012-10976-I, 2012-10977-I and 2012-10978-I, and which remain open.
