1This Application was filed on May 30, 20102, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.

2The Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss (“Notice”) on July 8, 2012. The Notice required the applicant to file written submissions with respect to the issue of jurisdiction on or before August 2, 2012. The applicant failed to file submissions.

3By way of Case Assessment Direction dated September 13, 2012, the Tribunal provided the applicant with another opportunity to file written submissions regarding the issue of jurisdiction. The Case Assessment Direction expressly stated that if the applicant did not file submissions the Application would be dismissed as abandoned.

4The applicant was required to file written submissions on or before October 4, 2012. The deadline has passed and the applicant did not file submissions.

5Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
