Introduction

1In a previous Interim Decision, 2012 HRTO 1554, the Tribunal indicated that if the applicant intended to seek to amend his Application to include the social area of services in respect of the two requests for disability related accommodation made by him, he must file a Request to that effect within two weeks of the date of the Interim Decision. The respondents were given the opportunity to respond to any such Request in accordance with the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure.

2The Tribunal has received a Request for Order from the applicant seeking to amend his Application to include the social area of services. The respondent takes no position with respect to that Request.

3The Request to amend the Application to include a claim of discrimination in respect of services is granted.
