Introduction
1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability. The respondent has filed a Response denying the allegations of discrimination. The matter is scheduled for hearing in Toronto on December 5, 6 and 7, 2012.
2On January 26, 2012, the respondent filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking the amendment of the Response (the "Request to amend the Response"). The applicant has indicated that he consents to the Request to amend the Response.
3In these circumstances, given the consent of the parties, the Tribunal grants the respondent's Request to amend the Response.
