1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), on July 27, 2012.
2On August 29, 2012, the Tribunal sent correspondence to the applicant requesting submissions on whether the Tribunal had jurisdiction to proceed with the Application, to be delivered not later than September 28, 2012. The applicant was informed that if she did not file written submissions by the required time to the HRTO the Application could be dismissed as abandoned.
3To date, the applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
